iCubeSat

CubeSat companies and other vendors are invited to contact the workshop organisers to discuss opportunities to support the workshop and interact with a unique selection of attendees from academia, companies, space agencies and others from the Interplanetary CubeSat universe.

Exhibitors and attendees will mix throughout the workshop in online sessions, virtual coffee breaks and a virtual exhibition area to maximise the opportunities for developing new partnerships.

We expect to be able to offer a limited number of online exhibition spaces with virtual breakout rooms for exhibitors from USD 249. Exhibition space will be allocated on a first come, first served basis with companies added to a cancellation waiting list in strict order of application if space sells out.

Each online exhibit area will include a webpage which can include text, pictures, videos (on our server or embedded from YouTube or Vimeo) and downloadable materials up to a total maximum of 1GB. You will receive acknowledgements of support in the workshop program and website and we may be able to provide the opportunity to includes items in workshop bags mailed to attendees who opt to receive them.
