iCubeSat 2021 call for papers and registration
iCubeSat 2021, the 9th Interplanetary CubeSat Workshop, will address the opportunities, technical challenges, and practicalities of space exploration with CubeSats. The workshop provides a unique environment for open wide ranging practical collaboration between academic researchers, industry professionals, policy makers and students developing this new and rapidly growing field.
Technical Program
Talks and round tables will focus on three themes: technology, science, and open collaboration. The program will also include unconference sessions to provide additional opportunities to engage with the interplanetary CubeSat community and potential collaborators. Talks and supporting material will be streamed and archived on the conference website. A lively social program in and around Beijing will be arranged for participants and their guests.
Abstract Submission and Dates
Talks on astrodynamics, attitude control and determination systems, citizen science, citizen space exploration, communications, landers, launch opportunities, open source approaches, outreach, payloads, policy, power systems, propulsion, reentry systems, ride-shares, science missions, software, standardization, structures, systems engineering and other related topics are all welcome.

Location
The ninth Interplanetary CubeSat Workshop will be held at or near Tsinghua University in Beijing, China and/or online (depending on the state of the global pandemic) on Tuesday, June 1st and Wednesday June 2nd, 2021.

Notes for participants
Talks
Talks should be in Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat format and uploaded to the conference organisers using the link provided in your acceptance email no later than the Friday before the workshop using the link provided in your acceptance email.
In addition to the file that will be used to display your presentation at the workshop, please also provide an Adobe Acrobat version that will be made available for download from the workshop website.
Video files that you do not wish to embed in your presentation should be uploaded as a separate file using the same link. If they require any special codecs to be installed, please let us have the details when you upload the file.
Papers
Optional papers should be in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format using the template available here. Please upload your paper to the conference organisers using the link provided in your acceptance email no later than the Friday before the workshop using the link provided in your acceptance email.
Posters
Posters should be A0 format and either portrait (preferred) or landscape. A PDF version of your poster should also be uploaded to the conference organisers using the link provided in your acceptance email.
If you wish to display a piece of hardware on a table in front of your poster, please let us know by the Friday before the workshop so we can make the necessary arrangements.
