The venue for the Interplanetary CubeSat Workshop changes each year. The 2013 workshop will be held on or near the south west area of the main Cornell University campus in Ithaca, NY, USA.

Hotels

Among the closest hotels to the conference venue are The Statler Hotel, the Holiday Inn and the Hilton Garden Inn. A list of other hotels can be found here. If you prefer Bed & Breakfast style accomodation then you may wish to consider The Hound & Hare. For the more adventurous, accomodation in private homes of widely varying quality and price may be available via AirBnB.com

Getting to Ithaca

Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport (ITH) is the nearest airport to the Cornell University campus. The Statler Hotel runs a free shuttle to the campus from the airport as do some other hotels. Taxis (often shared at pickup for a $5 discount) can be called using a courtesy phone at the taxi desk in arrivals and should cost about $20 to campus or downtown Ithaca. Hire cars from the major hire companies are available at arrivals.
